About Colin

I’m Colin Schindler—born and raised in Beloit, and someone who’s always believed that business should be about people first, not just transactions.

I got into real estate with a simple goal: help people win. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to be part of hundreds of home sales and over $60M in volume in just a few years. But the numbers have never been the point. What matters to me is the impact—helping families make the right moves, helping investors build something real, and helping agents grow into the best version of themselves.

That mindset is what led me to launch ReThink Realty. I reached a point where I didn’t just want to sell more homes—I wanted to build something bigger. Something rooted in relationships, community, and doing things the right way in an industry that sometimes forgets that.

I’m big on creativity, whether that’s marketing, content, or just finding a better way to solve problems. I believe the best agents aren’t the most tech-savvy—they’re the ones who genuinely care, communicate well, and show up consistently.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who thrives on pushing limits—whether that’s in the gym, on the slopes, or in business. I believe the harder you work, the more you’re capable of working, and that growth comes from leaning into that, not running from it.


At the end of the day, everything I do comes back to one thing: raising the bar—for myself, for my clients, and for the community that’s given me everything.
