Upon initial contacting of several agents, Colin promptly returned my phone call, met with me that weekend, and provided me with a 19 page detailed assessment of the property, comps, and estimated sale price. More importantly, he didn’t hound me for weeks like several other agents. He let me come to him when I was ready.
