In my family, there’s only one realtor we call — Colin. Over the last 6 years, he’s worked with 5 different members of my family, selling and listing homes for each of us, and every single experience has been exceptional. I’m not usually one to write reviews but a recent interaction with Colin compelled me to write this. It had been years since Colin sold my home, but within minutes of reaching out, he responded and connected me with a great painter — the same one he trusts for his own renovations. That’s just who he is: no matter how much time has passed, he doesn’t skip a beat to help, saving me time and stress, and giving me complete peace of mind. Once you work with Colin, he is a friend for life! What really stood out is that he even followed up afterward to see how everything went. That level of care is invaluable.

Working with Colin and his team (Troy in this case) was absolutely the best experience. Colin was a true blessing through the entire home sale process. From the minute we met I knew that I was in good hands. Upon initial contacting of several agents, Colin promptly returned my phone call, met with me that weekend, and provided me with a 19 page detailed assessment of the property, comps, and estimated sale price. More importantly, he didn’t hound me for weeks like several other agents. He let me come to him when I was ready.
In addition to normal agent duties, he exceeded the call of duty as a concierge - walking me through all the steps to get listed, scenarios to expect and prepare for, was a keen negotiator on my behalf, guided me through what small improvements might add value to the sale, and even connected me with a last minute pro painter, and a roofing quote. He was always a text or call away, and always responded promptly.
With the seemingly insurmountable amount of stress that comes your way when it’s time to move your entire existence to another location, this was such a welcome relief.
Trust me when I say you’re in good hands with Colin and the Schindler team. I whole heartedly give him my highest recommendation.
